Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical, compassionate mental health counseling effectively via video chat to clients, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that facilitate their mental health journey.
• Utilize interventions and therapeutic techniques to help clients build coping mechanisms, enhance problem-solving skills, and improve communication patterns.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress, while also adhering to best practices in documentation and confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for everyday challenges and mental health concerns. This diversified clientele needs guidance through individual and group sessions tailored to their unique circumstances, promoting resilience and maintaining positive mental health trajectories.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in Kansas, such as LCPC, LCSW, LCMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Independent licensure free from supervision, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with essential computer literacy to utilize our web-based counseling platform effectively.
• A secure and stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital counseling methodologies.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health treatment.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience.
