• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients’ mental health status, strengths, and needs, ensuring each assessment is personalized and comprehensive.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a coordinated care plan centered around the patient's overall well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to empower informed decision-making.
• Provide tailored individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities designed to foster connection and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
