• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to determine the most suitable therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy to patients dealing with serious mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Develop personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and address the differences in each patient’s background and needs.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each patient.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback from patients and their families.
• Provide educational resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain ethical standards of practice by ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent for all therapeutic interventions.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes effectively.

The LCSW will work primarily with patients in a hospice setting, where the psychological complexities of facing end-of-life issues can significantly affect mental health. This role requires sensitivity and understanding of grief, loss, and the emotional challenges encountered by both patients and their families while fostering a therapeutic alliance to help them navigate these profound experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years' experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to patients with complex emotional needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and familiarity with healthcare software systems.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health conditions and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while adhering to professional ethical standards in practice.

• Experience in a hospice or palliative care setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems for patients and families navigating serious health challenges.
• Additional certifications related to mental health treatment or specific therapeutic modalities.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
