• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to enhance client coping skills and promote positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all interactions and interventions are documented accurately.
• Engage in weekly team meetings to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, discuss client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in clinical social work to continually improve service delivery and client care outcomes.
