• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms, providing psychotherapy and counseling to both individuals and groups.
• Develop, implement, and adjust patient-centered treatment plans based on individual assessments and therapeutic goals.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary team members such as psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document client sessions and treatment updates meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and clinical assessments to effectively diagnose and address client issues.
• Provide referrals and resources to clients, helping them navigate additional services that may enhance their mental health outcomes.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental health challenges. You will focus on developing therapeutic relationships that encourage clients to express their concerns and achieve their personal mental health goals. With each interaction, you will contribute to improving their overall quality of life and emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating a strong capacity for mental health diagnosis and treatment.
• Proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques, assessment instruments, and treatment planning methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear commitment to ethical practice in all interactions.

• Experience with teletherapy and adapting therapeutic techniques for a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of community resources and how to effectively connect clients with additional support.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
