• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, employing a range of evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Provide ongoing education and psychosocial support to patients and their families, helping them understand treatment options and fostering an environment of empathy and encouragement.
• Stay abreast of current research and developments within the mental health field to ensure the adoption of the latest best practices in clinical care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your clinical expertise will be vital in addressing their mental health needs and developing effective strategies for coping, resilience, and recovery. By building a strong rapport with patients and their families, you will help facilitate their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and experience working with varied demographics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for collaboration with both colleagues and patients.

• Experience working in a mental health clinic or similar setting is preferred.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
