• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental, emotional, and social needs of hospice patients.

You will be working with a diverse group of hospice patients, each facing unique challenges related to terminal illness. This population typically experiences heightened feelings of anxiety, grief, and isolation. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Arizona.
