• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals.

The LCSW at Inland Counseling Center will work primarily with a diverse client population, addressing mental health issues that stem from various backgrounds, experiences, and socio-economic statuses. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
