Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

In this telehealth role, you will provide therapy to clients who are looking for steady, professional support from home. Your work will involve conducting intake sessions, understanding each client’s background and needs, building treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy that helps clients move forward at a realistic pace.

A typical day may include meeting with clients virtually, writing clinical notes, reviewing treatment goals, and adjusting care plans based on client progress. This role is well-suited for an LCSW who is organized, clinically confident, and comfortable creating a strong therapeutic connection through online care.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Hold scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients across Texas
  • Guide clients through conversations that help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns
  • Complete intake assessments and gather important clinical and personal history
  • Build treatment plans that support realistic progress
  • Help clients work through concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, and ongoing stress
  • Offer practical tools clients can use between sessions
  • Keep client records organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Revisit treatment goals regularly and make updates based on client progress
  • Maintain a professional, confidential, and respectful telehealth environment

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas
  • Previous experience providing therapy or clinical counseling services
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
  • Private workspace and reliable internet connection
