This position is a full-time remote role, allowing you flexibility while working from the comfort of your own home. However, you will also occasionally work in our outpatient office setting in Harrisburg. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with patients through compassionate communication and empathy.
• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that account for the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and healing.
• Regularly monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring clients to specialists when additional support is warranted.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LMFT license.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
