Inner Peace Clinical Services is seeking a qualified and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, to join our telehealth team. This full-time remote role focuses on providing integral mental health counseling and therapeutic services to clients in need, promoting their emotional wellness and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.
  • Design and implement detailed treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals aimed at improving clients' mental health.
  • Provide high-quality counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each clientโ€™s unique challenges.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress systematically, ensuring adjustments to treatment plans are made promptly in response to their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals within our organization to ensure collaborative and coordinated care for all clients.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.
  • Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the mental health field.
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Inner Peace Clinical Services, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our client-focused approach prioritizes understanding each individualโ€™s unique background and circumstances, ensuring that therapy is adapted to support their specific needs.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in California.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of therapeutic modalities and ethical guidelines in clinical practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment while maintaining productivity and client satisfaction.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital healthcare platforms.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural differences in mental health perspectives.
  • Prior involvement in case management or collaborative treatment planning.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
