  • Collaborating with a network of professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
  • Staying informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and participating in clinical supervision when necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Gallant, you will primarily serve adult patients facing a variety of mental health challenges. This role caters to individuals requiring support for anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their personal mental wellness journeys through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic practices.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • A masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted professional license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon or applicable to remote practice.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical psychotherapy services to adults.
  • Proficient in writing detailed documentation for therapy sessions and progress notes.
  • A clear professional record with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valuable:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-informed practices.
  • Experience in managing high caseloads while maintaining high-quality clinical client interactions.
  • Knowledge and experience with telehealth platforms and tools.
