Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, offering the flexibility needed for our therapists to perform their best work. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one video therapy sessions aimed at enhancing overall mental well-being.
• Encourage clients to express their emotions and share experiences, guiding them to gain valuable insights into their mental health and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to set achievable goals and develop actionable plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to assess clients' mental health conditions and formulate customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain clear and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and engage in continuous improvement of therapeutic strategies.
• Contribute to an ongoing feedback loop to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing stable, low-acuity mental health issues. This demographic includes individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role will be instrumental in providing these clients with skills and strategies necessary for self-management and emotional resilience.

Qualifications

• A relevant Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital platforms and tools for teletherapy sessions.
• Ability to conduct professional assessments and make evidence-based treatment recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize with and advocate for clients.
• Adeptness in managing multiple cases while providing high-quality individualized support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
