• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct counseling services, including individual therapy and crisis interventions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions focused on specific topics such as stress management and coping skills, fostering peer support among attendees.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, patient care teams, and external agencies to coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for clients.
• Implement outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and preventative care initiatives within the Lancaster community.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.
• Proficiency in managing diverse mental health issues relevant to outpatient care.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices tailored for a telehealth counseling model.
• Adept at operating in a fast-paced environment while managing a varied caseload.

• Experience providing telehealth services during previous roles is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Active engagement in the mental health community, including workshops, trainings, or research, will be viewed favorably.
