You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, and participate in regular team meetings and case conferences. • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of patients’ unique experiences and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to accommodate the diverse cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health concerns, enhancing resilience, and fostering overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to delivering comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, demonstrating calmness and effective problem-solving skills.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient record-keeping.
• Engage in ongoing cultural competency training and stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive practices.
• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with an ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
• Dedication to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Demonstrated involvement in community mental health initiatives, particularly those that promote inclusivity and diversity.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and integrating cultural competence into therapeutic modalities.

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
