Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of patients’ unique experiences and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailored to accommodate the diverse cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health concerns, enhancing resilience, and fostering overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to delivering comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, demonstrating calmness and effective problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Experience in delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive practices.
  • Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with an ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.
  • Dedication to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
