As an LCSW at Healing with Hope Behavioral Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting engaging therapy sessions tailored to individuals, families, or groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Performing crisis management interventions to support patients in acute distress, ensuring safety and immediate support as needed.
• Completing thorough progress notes and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and treatment goals.
• Carrying out intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health history and presenting concerns to formulate comprehensive initial treatment strategies.
• Collecting and analyzing patient data, tracking progress and treatment outcomes to adapt and enhance care strategies effectively.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, among others. Your role as an LCSW will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being.

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience working as an LCSW in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and proven crisis management protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills conducive to building rapport with patients and collaborating with fellow professionals.

While not mandatory, additional experience or training in the following areas will be regarded as beneficial:

• Experience working with specific populations such as trauma survivors, youth in foster care, or individuals with severe mental illness.
• Proficiency in telehealth and experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
