• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, strengths, and resources, establishing a solid understanding of their individual circumstances.
• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's specific needs, setting clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, and other stakeholders to coordinate care effectively, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each student.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that address critical topics like stress management, social skills development, and emotional regulation.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the safety and well-being of students facing immediate challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

The primary clientele consists of school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will work to create individual treatment plans that resonate with their unique experiences and cultural backgrounds, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required to ensure a solid academic foundation in clinical practices.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory to practice and provide therapeutic services.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, ideally with a focus on school-aged populations.
• Thorough knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
