Position Overview

The Behavioral Lifebulb Counseling Center is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our passionate team. This full-time remote role allows you to provide essential therapeutic services tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges. You will take a lead role in managing and supporting a diverse caseload, offering psychotherapy, comprehensive assessments, and consultation services aimed at empowering clients to reach their personal and therapeutic goals.

Work Environment

This position is designed to be fully remote, offering flexibility to ensure a healthy work-life balance. You will be expected to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with no evening or weekend hours required. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate and implement behavioral health services for a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality support and resources.
  • Function as an integral member of the multidisciplinary primary care team, engaging with staff, primary care providers, and health center patients to promote holistic care.
  • Maintain adherence to Mental Health policies and procedures within the behavioral health program, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
  • Evaluate and assess patients in a timely manner, performing intakes and offering immediate counseling and crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Facilitate referrals for patients requiring intensive care or specialized treatment outside our facility, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
  • Screen patients for substance abuse issues, including illicit drugs and alcohol, and provide appropriate counseling or resource referrals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at Behavioral Lifebulb span a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health conditions. You will work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, trauma, and complex emotional challenges. With a focus on individualized and culturally competent care, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an environment of trust and healing.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution and hold an active LCSW license.
