• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify needs and concerns, utilizing effective interviewing and observational skills.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based and solution-focused approaches, particularly using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in collaborative meetings with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to discussions aimed at improving treatment outcomes.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, offering constructive feedback and insights to enhance the therapeutic process.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment options, equipping them with resources for ongoing support.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, evidence-based practices, and legislative changes affecting service delivery.

Your work with Green Oak Mind will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. By addressing these conditions through tailored treatment plans, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of clients while fostering their recovery and empowerment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in delivering solution-focused yet empathetic therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A collaborative mindset, open to receiving and providing feedback to optimize the therapeutic process.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health therapeutic setting is ideal.
• Proficiency in managing complex cases and working with diverse populations.
