Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health diagnostic assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ needs and determine eligibility for admission.
  • Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining specific therapeutic goals and methods.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, including ongoing treatment plan updates, progress notes, and case reviews to monitor client progress.
  • Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make informed adjustments to enhance client outcomes actively.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to help clients navigate personal challenges related to mental health, wellness, and cultural identity.
  • Utilize creative interventions and evidence-based practices to help clients achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.
  • Engage in supervision sessions that foster professional growth, cultural competence, and ethical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and various mental health concerns. Your focus will be on providing culturally sensitive care and ensuring that each client's unique background and experiences are addressed within the therapeutic process. You will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to empower clients and help them achieve sustainable change.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in counseling or therapy, with a proven track record in therapeutic practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills necessary for effective client interactions and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to model and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, we value a background that includes familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, or solution-focused therapy. An understanding of community resources and strong collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
