This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work schedule. You will be provided with access to all necessary tools and resources to effectively perform your work and enhance client care. Having a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace will enable you to produce the highest quality of support.

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients through our secure online platform, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans focused on achieving their mental health goals.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and changing circumstances.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and achieve holistic treatment outcomes.
• Engage in self-care practices and continuous professional development to stay current with industry best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Our services primarily focus on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and various mental health challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, offering support that resonates on both emotional and practical levels. Your ability to connect meaningfully with clients via telehealth will be crucial in helping them explore and understand their emotions while developing coping strategies.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Experience providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing technology to facilitate effective remote counseling sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients from various backgrounds.
• An independent work ethic, while also being an effective member of a virtual team.
