We're currently seeking Full-Time Remote New Accounts Pharmacists to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote opportunity for pharmacists who are licensed in Virginia and Illinois (required). Licensure in Ohio, Kentucky, or additional states is highly preferred.

New Accounts Pharmacist Responsibilities:

  • Perform the initial clinical review of all new facility admissions ("trash runs") to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Review and verify medication profiles for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and therapy.

  • Assist in overseeing and supporting pharmacy coders during the onboarding process.

  • Enter and maintain physician (MD) lists and House Stock medication lists for new facilities.

  • Ensure all new account information is accurately entered into the pharmacy management system.

  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and internal pharmacy teams to resolve medication-related questions.

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Supervisor.


Schedule:

  • Full-Time

  • Remote.

  • Monday-Friday.

  • Flexible daytime schedules available.


Qualifications:

  • Active Pharmacist license in Virginia and Illinois (required).

  • Licensure in Ohio and/or Kentucky is highly preferred. Additional state licenses are a plus.

  • Previous Long-Term Care pharmacy experience preferred.

  • Experience with FrameworkLTC or other EMR/pharmacy operating systems preferred.

  • Previous hospital, retail, or specialty pharmacy experience welcomed.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficient computer skills.
