Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness strategies, to tailor individual treatment sessions effectively.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs, goals, and backgrounds.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives.
• Monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Help clients build healthy coping mechanisms and strategies to manage their mental health more effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a diverse range of mental health needs. Our clients come from various backgrounds and face various challenges, making this an enriching opportunity for therapists looking to make a real difference. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory. No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Proficiency in navigating digital tools and platforms to conduct therapy sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in telehealth settings or with solution-focused approaches can be advantageous. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and a strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality is also preferred.
