Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to guide clients toward their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic objectives.
  • Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Communicate and collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive support network for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Clients come from diverse backgrounds and include both adults and adolescents. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in equipping them with coping strategies and skills necessary for managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Oregon is mandatory. Acceptable credentials include:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Proficient in technology to facilitate remote sessions and manage client information.

Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.
