This role is essential to delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage in therapeutic practices that prioritize client well-being through innovative and evidence-based approaches.

About the Organization

At Radiant Mind Healing Hub, located in Cleveland, Tennessee, we are a family counseling center renowned for our specialized expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of mental health conditions. We focus on a broad spectrum of issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. Our commitment is to provide tailored, evidence-based therapies that accommodate each client's unique situation, ensuring a supportive and welcoming experience for all.

Work Environment

Our work setting is completely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. As a community health clinic, we leverage modern telehealth technologies to connect with our clients seamlessly, making mental health support accessible no matter where they are located. We prioritize a nurturing atmosphere that fosters empathy, professional growth, and resilience in both our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and available resources, enabling informed treatment planning.
  • Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
  • Develop, implement, and revise personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, adjusting strategies based on therapeutic progress.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care integration for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and implementing safety planning when necessary.
  • Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
  • Lead psychoeducational workshops and support group sessions to enhance client engagement and benefit overall therapeutic outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each seeking support for a range of mental health and relational issues. Your role as an LMFT will be to create an inclusive space that respects and addresses these varied experiences, aligning therapy with their specific cultural and personal contexts.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of practice.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in outpatient facilities or community health settings.
  • Proficiency in therapeutic techniques that address a wide array of mental health conditions, including trauma and anxiety disorders.
Compensation and Benefits

Radiant Mind Healing Hub offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Health insurance plans covering medical, dental, and vision care.
  • Retirement savings plans with employer matching contributions to enhance your long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off policy including vacation days, personal leave, and recognized holidays, supporting work-life balance.
  • Continuous professional development opportunities, including access to workshops and training programs to bolster your skills and expertise.
  • Professional liability insurance coverage to protect your practice and clients.
