Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will involve:

• Working directly with clients to assess their needs, set achievable treatment goals, and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Providing prevention-oriented therapy that promotes overall mental wellness, resilience, and coping strategies for clients.
• Implementing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating with a variety of treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Completing all required documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations in a timely manner.
• Maintaining an ongoing caseload of clients while meticulously keeping session notes to monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
• Participating in regular staff meetings to exchange insights, improve strategies, and enhance team cohesion.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW credential.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
