Position Overview

New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with a strong commitment to improving the mental health of individuals within the community. This role is perfect for clinicians who are eager to develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment while working directly with clients to achieve their treatment goals.

About the Organization

New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC, based in Blue Diamond, Nevada, is a community-focused health clinic devoted to providing comprehensive mental health support. Our team consists of skilled professionals who work together to create a nurturing environment for both clients and staff. With a focus on innovation and continuous improvement, we are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our clientele through personalized care.

Work Environment

This role offers the convenience and flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments while making a significant impact on client outcomes. Our practice is designed to be unlike traditional private practices, offering a warm, supportive team atmosphere characterized by open communication, collaboration, and shared resources. You will receive administrative support, including billing and marketing assistance, enabling you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will involve:

  • Working directly with clients to assess their needs, set achievable treatment goals, and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.
  • Providing prevention-oriented therapy that promotes overall mental wellness, resilience, and coping strategies for clients.
  • Implementing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with a variety of treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Completing all required documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining an ongoing caseload of clients while meticulously keeping session notes to monitor progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
  • Participating in regular staff meetings to exchange insights, improve strategies, and enhance team cohesion.
  • Enriching our clinicโ€™s environment and culture by contributing your unique perspective and expertise.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. As a therapist, you will engage with clients facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop sustainable coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW credential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • An ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering a therapeutic alliance.
  • Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative spirit, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community health settings or those who have worked with specialized client populations will have an advantage. Knowledge of integrative approaches in therapy and familiarity with telehealth technologies will also help you excel in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an array of benefits to support your professional and personal well-being, including:

  • Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement to encourage professional development.
  • Incentives for growth and contribution to the clinic.
  • Comprehensive support from administrative staff, including assistance with insurance credentialing.
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) to ensure you maintain work-life balance.
  • Healthcare benefits, including BCBS PPO/HMO plans, dental, and life insurance options.
Career Growth Opportunities

New Beginnings Behavioral Health LLC is committed to the career development of its staff. We provide opportunities for further training, leadership roles, and specialty certification pathways, empowering you to expand your skill set and advance your career within the organization.

Why Join Our Team
