Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clientsโ€™ substance use patterns, co-occurring mental health conditions, and determine their unique treatment needs.
  • Collaboratively design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at addressing both addiction and psychological well-being, ensuring that they align with best practice standards.
  • Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate recovery and resilience.
  • Engage in regular case reviews with the treatment team, including medical professionals and case managers, to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary for optimum outcomes.
  • Deliver education and psychosocial support to families of clients, fostering a supportive environment that involves loved ones in the recovery process.

Qualifications
