• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand clients’ substance use patterns, co-occurring mental health conditions, and determine their unique treatment needs.
• Collaboratively design and implement customized treatment plans aimed at addressing both addiction and psychological well-being, ensuring that they align with best practice standards.
• Lead evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to facilitate recovery and resilience.
• Engage in regular case reviews with the treatment team, including medical professionals and case managers, to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary for optimum outcomes.
• Deliver education and psychosocial support to families of clients, fostering a supportive environment that involves loved ones in the recovery process.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices tailored to addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Outstanding therapeutic relationship-building skills and a proven ability to engage clients positively in therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling for individuals dealing with substance abuse.
