What is a full time remote medical assistant?

Full Time Remote Medical Assistants are healthcare professionals who provide administrative and sometimes clinical support to medical practices, physicians, or clinics, but work entirely from a remote location. Their responsibilities often include scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling billing and insurance paperwork, and communicating with patients over the phone or through secure messaging platforms. While they do not perform in-person tasks like taking vital signs, they play a crucial role in keeping healthcare operations running smoothly.
