In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are central to the delivery of effective mental health care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of each patient and developing individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a range of psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and modifying your approach based on the specific circumstances and preferences of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and organized clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Participating in regular team meetings to reflect on case studies, share insights, and enhance the overall quality of care.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health challenges and treatment options, while fostering a supportive environment for recovery.
• Keeping abreast of the latest research and trends within the mental health field to continually improve your approach and treatment outcomes for patients.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on fostering resilience and facilitating recovery through tailored intervention plans that promote holistic well-being and positive life changes.

To excel in this position, the following qualifications are essential:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in providing psychotherapy services.
• Strong foundation in solution-based therapy and proven track record of facilitating positive change in clients' lives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex cases with ease.
• A collaborative approach, working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working within school settings or with younger populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth services.
• Advanced certifications in specific therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
