Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are central to the delivery of effective mental health care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the needs of each patient and developing individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.
  • Implementing a range of psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and modifying your approach based on the specific circumstances and preferences of each client.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, the following qualifications are essential:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
  • At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in providing psychotherapy services.
  • Strong foundation in solution-based therapy and proven track record of facilitating positive change in clients' lives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex cases with ease.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
