• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, analyzing clients’ mental health needs to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions drawing from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage actively with clients through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and family counseling settings, fostering an environment of safety and encouragement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system effectively.

Your role will focus on a diverse patient demographic, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma to couples and families in need of supportive therapy. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
