Position Overview

Enrich Living Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their home or a chosen environment that inspires productivity. While the job is remote, therapists will be part of a collaborative outpatient team that emphasizes communication and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for various clinical duties aimed at enhancing client outcomes. These include:

  • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and creating tailored treatment plans for clients to ensure individualized care.
  • Maintaining a caseload of at least 27 client visits weekly for full-time clinicians while effectively documenting all session notes, treatment reviews, and additional assessments according to company policy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and to better meet community needs through team efforts and shared best practices.
  • Utilizing creativity in the development of therapeutic interventions and strategies, enabling clients to set and exceed personal therapy goals.
  • Coordinating services with various stakeholders, such as case managers, medical personnel, families, and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Participating in all required clinical meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and maintain high standards of care.
  • Contributing positively to a thriving team culture focused on compelling client relationships.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role centers around providing mental health services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, employing culturally sensitive practices that respect and honor their unique experiences. Experience working with clients from marginalized communities is a plus, as equitable care is a priority at Enrich Living.

Qualifications

Candidates interested in this position must meet the following qualifications:

  • A masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and active LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license is essential.
  • Proven experience in clinical documentation processes, including writing assessments and treatment plans.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage a timely documentation process, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Skills in modeling appropriate boundaries and maintaining a professional demeanor in all client interactions.
  • Comfortability and competency in working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, with experience in Valant being advantageous.
  • Must pass a background check prior to employment.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications or experiences, such as trauma-informed care, Play Therapy, or family systems therapy, will be viewed favorably as these skills align with our service philosophy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience, ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 yearly. In addition, employees will receive:
