• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history and current emotional state, utilizing a variety of assessment tools.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, ensuring an inclusive approach to care.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to enhance their mental health and overall wellbeing.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients who may be experiencing acute distress, facilitating immediate and effective support.

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide support to diverse client populations facing a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
