Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental health status through consultations and evaluations, understanding their concerns and goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Engage with clients during regular sessions, providing continuous support and therapeutic interventions suited to their unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for expression and shared experiences.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) to document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in mental health and participate in ongoing training and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working closely with a wide range of clients, including adolescents and adults facing assorted mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, providing direct mental health services.
• Solid foundation in understanding mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and models.
• A demonstrated ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and an understanding of cultural aspects in therapy.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to manage patient data effectively.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and the confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the client's unique needs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques, particularly in working with clients with complex histories.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches specific to substance use disorders and eating disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
