Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, formulating detailed treatment plans tailored to each individual.

  • Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to promote client well-being and facilitate recovery.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health specialists to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.
