• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, formulating detailed treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to promote client well-being and facilitate recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health specialists to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options, coping strategies, and resources available to support recovery and mental health maintenance.

Our clientele primarily includes individuals undergoing detoxification and recovering from substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Kansas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience in a mental health or substance abuse setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.

• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively within a supportive team framework.

• Experience working with clients in detox or rehabilitation settings is highly valued.
