Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for your clients.
  • Provide group therapy sessions, ensuring you create a safe and inclusive environment for participants.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions.
  • Document all client interactions accurately in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, who increasingly grapple with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By maintaining a maximum group size of eight clients, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized attention, foster strong therapeutic alliances, and engage in in-depth, focused work that promotes sustainable healing outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT), with a willingness to support junior-licensed professionals through supervision.
  • Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose our contractor or W2 employment model.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others and a desire to improve client mental health.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
  • Evidence of continuing education or specialization in trauma-based therapies, CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
