Employers may require proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate, along with experience in agile development methodologies.

What are some common challenges faced by full time remote Java developers, and how can they be addressed?

Full-time remote Java developers often encounter challenges such as effective communication with distributed teams, managing time zones, and maintaining productivity without in-person supervision. To overcome these, it's helpful to establish clear communication channels, use collaboration tools like Slack or Jira, and set a structured daily routine.
