• Develop, implement, and regularly review service plans that align with clients' goals for improvement and empowerment.

This position primarily focuses on working with students and their families within the school system. The ideal candidate will support adolescents facing diverse challenges ranging from emotional distress to behavioral issues, and socio-economic hardships. By building strong relationships and offering evidence-based solutions, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their households.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and familiarity with community resources available for children and families.
• Excellent communication skills, a great empathy for clients, and strong organizational abilities.

• Previous experience working within nonprofit organizations or educational environments is highly preferred.
