• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate students' mental health needs, utilizing appropriate tools and frameworks to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices to support students' emotional and psychological well-being.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using innovative therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to the unique challenges faced by students in an educational setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, school counselors, and parents, to ensure comprehensive support for students and promote a holistic educational experience.

In this role, you will primarily focus on supporting school-aged children who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You'll work closely with diverse populations, addressing unique cultural and socio-economic factors affecting their mental health. Your expertise will help shape positive outcomes for students, enabling them to thrive academically and emotionally.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, particularly those effective for children and adolescents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with students and families.

• At least 2 years of professional experience working in a mental health or school setting, with a proven track record of success in supporting children and families.
• Familiarity with educational systems and an understanding of the challenges faced by students in school environments.
