Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing the clients' unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with both regulatory standards and agency protocols.
  • Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as established by the clinical team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all practices adhere to current standards and guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of communication with community partners, service systems, and state agencies to enhance service delivery and outreach.
  • Develop relationships with local and state agencies to foster alliances, partnerships, and opportunities for funding that can enhance quality service delivery.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings, promoting personal and organizational growth.
  • Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy throughout all interactions with clients and the broader community.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational and clinical goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from those experiencing anxiety and depression to individuals struggling with substance use and developmental disabilities. Your role will be pivotal in assisting these individuals on their journeys towards recovery and better mental health through tailored therapies that emphasize personal growth and community reintegration.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in a behavioral health field is essential.
  • Must possess an independent LMHC license recognized by the state board in Washington.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare detailed reports to document client progress.
  • Capable of working effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting and establishing cooperative working relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate professional insights effectively.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to make independent decisions based on professional experience and evidence-based practices.
Preferred Experience
