Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist for a full-time remote role serving clients in Iowa. This position is focused on providing practical, high-quality therapy through telehealth for clients navigating relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication issues, and personal mental health challenges. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and benefits.

Location: Iowa
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals
• Provide support for clients facing conflict, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes
• Maintain clear and compliant client records
• Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client needs
• Manage a consistent caseload within a full-time schedule
• Protect client privacy and follow telehealth best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in Iowa
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
