You're a senior mobile engineer with 6+ years of experience building native iOS and Android apps using Swift, Kotlin, and/or React Native, with a proven track record of shipping commercial products end-to-end. You lead by example setting engineering standards, mentoring developers, and driving architecture decisions while staying close to the code.
You thrive in cross-functional, globally distributed teams and know how to translate business goals into solid technical direction. Familiarity with gaming ecosystems or virtual currency platforms is a bonus, what's essential is your ability to own delivery and elevate the team around you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard.
  • Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
  • Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in mobile development with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
  • Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Proficiency in mobile development frameworks and programming languages (Swift, Kotlin, Go, React Native).
  • Strong understanding mobile architecture platforms.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
