Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and confidential environment for clients.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through thorough intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations, forming the basis for tailored treatment plans.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback to facilitate optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, documenting progress and any modifications in therapy.
• Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for clients with complex needs.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health care, ethical standards, and legal considerations to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred for comprehensive therapeutic efficacy.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, which may include LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Proven experience in providing individual therapy services, demonstrating a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
