This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring the delivery of effective mental health counseling. • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions to identify and address a range of emotional, psychological, and relational issues.
• Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's psychiatric diagnosis and unique treatment needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Conduct thorough assessments to gather bio-psycho-social information about clients, employing techniques such as interviews, case history reviews, and observational assessment.
• Evaluate collected information to establish accurate diagnoses, formulate effective treatment plans, and determine appropriateness of additional counseling or referral to other specialists.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment, making necessary adjustments to enhance patient progress and well-being.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• A solid understanding of medical coding, research methodologies, and documentation protocols in a mental health context is essential.
• The candidate should demonstrate adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or group therapy dynamics will be highly regarded. Additionally, proficiency in electronic health record systems will aid in your integration into our practice.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
