• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring that all aspects of their well-being are addressed.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to individuals and families facing diverse challenges, facilitating a safe space for discussion and healing.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver individual and group counseling, tailoring your methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized service plans aimed at achieving clients' specific goals and objectives, actively measuring progress.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to essential resources, ensuring their voices are heard in matters concerning social justice.

The primary focus of this role is to serve the school community, where you will work closely with students and families, providing vital support during critical periods of development and transition. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A solid understanding of social justice principles, advocacy, and trauma-informed care methodologies is essential.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a high degree of empathy and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Prior experience working within a nonprofit organization or similar social service environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems to effectively direct clients to additional help when necessary.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing community programs or engaging in policy advocacy to promote social change.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering a yearly income between USD 75,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide:
