Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions through our secure online platform.
  • Assess client needs through comprehensive intake interviews and ongoing evaluations to tailor personalized and culturally competent treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide client progress and adaptive coping strategies.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards of mental health care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and resources effectively.
  • Monitor and review client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed, ensuring clients feel supported and empowered during vulnerable moments.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
