This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors to manage their schedules with ease. As a member of our virtual team, you will receive comprehensive administrative and technological support to facilitate effective and efficient client interaction. • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, focusing on behavioral health improvements and developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to foster emotional expression and personal insight, helping clients navigate and manage their feelings and relationships.
• Advocate for clients by empowering them to set realistic, achievable goals and assist them in defining their personal visions for mental wellness.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies using your clinical expertise.

In this position, you will primarily work with a curated clientele made up of stable adults exhibiting low-acuity mental health concerns. All clients have undergone a rigorous screening process to ensure optimal matches with your professional specialties and demographic preferences. This structured approach allows counselors to focus on clients who are in the best position to benefit from therapeutic interventions, without the immediate pressures of severe mental health issues.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a valid and full licensure to practice independently which includes one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Effective communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients are essential.
• Proficiency in contemporary digital communication platforms and computer literacy to manage documentation and client records effectively.

Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is preferred, as is familiarity with solution-focused and trauma-informed approaches. Candidates who bring additional certifications, specialties, or diverse clinical backgrounds will be viewed favorably.

Empowerment Psychology Care Clinic offers a competitive salary that ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that your well-being is prioritized. Additionally, payment is processed through a convenient weekly direct deposit system, allowing for predictable and timely income.
