Super Company is seeking a City Vigilante to support its mission in a fully remote capacity.

Position Summary
The City Vigilante is a full-time remote role responsible for maintaining awareness of emerging issues, responding to developing situations, and helping promote order, safety, and accountability across assigned areas of focus. This position requires strong judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to assess situations quickly while coordinating appropriate action. The ideal candidate is observant, dependable, and committed to carrying out responsibilities with professionalism and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor assigned areas, situations, or concerns and identify potential risks, irregularities, or issues requiring attention.

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, concerns, or escalations within the scope of the role.

  • Assess situations carefully and determine effective next steps based on urgency, available information, and established priorities.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of activities, observations, and outcomes.

  • Communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders regarding ongoing situations, status updates, and recommended actions.
