• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, accurately identifying their mental health concerns and treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate various counseling sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, addressing specific topics such as addiction recovery and emotional well-being.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including clinical directors and fellow counselors, to provide integrated care and comprehensive support for patients.
• Identify and mitigate negative behaviors by actively engaging clients in discussions about their life choices and actions.
• Review results from random drug tests and other relevant assessments to inform therapeutic decisions.
• Build and maintain respectful professional relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive counseling environment.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and participate in continued education for professional development.

Your practice will focus on clients facing a variety of challenges, including mental health disorders, addictions, and stress-related issues. Our client demographic includes individuals from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in helping clients enhance their coping strategies, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid Social Work License (LPC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third party.
• Authorized to work in the United States and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with diverse individuals.
• Fluency in English, including proficient reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical and mental health to maintain the demands of a counseling role.

• Experience in addiction counseling or family therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Previous experience working in a remote setting, demonstrating adaptability and self-discipline.
• Understanding of multicultural counseling techniques and practices.
