This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and convenience for both your professional and personal life. Although you will operate from your home office, you will be an integral part of our outpatient counseling team, working collaboratively with other counselors, psychiatrists, and health professionals. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop appropriate, tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting them as necessary to meet client goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that each client receives integrated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements to uphold the highest practice standards.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant workshops and training sessions to stay current on mental health research and best practices.

This role involves working with a diverse client population presenting a wide range of mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in supporting individuals navigating various challenges, including trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, and chronic mental health conditions. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of these clients is crucial to implement effective, individualized treatment approaches.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of proven experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve client outcomes.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and various software tools relevant to the counseling profession.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working in outpatient settings, demonstrating a successful record of building and maintaining client relationships.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
