Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, assisting clients in developing coping strategies and achieving their goals.
  • Regularly meet with clients to monitor their progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed to enhance their therapeutic journey.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.
  • Document all client interactions and progress notes accurately within our EHR system to ensure compliance with treatment protocols and legal standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical application of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of four years of related clinical experience working with diverse populations.
