  • Participate in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance collaborative care and share insights.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by engaging in training sessions and workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health care.

You will be engaging with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds and experiences. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each demographic will be essential in delivering tailored care that addresses their specific mental health needs.

  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
  • In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with the latest evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Proficient in electronic health record systems and comfortable with telehealth technologies.
Preferred Experience
