Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring that the information gathered informs personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and personal goals, focusing on both short-term and long-term mental health outcomes.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions.
  • Regularly monitor and document clientsโ€™ progress through comprehensive notes in our secure electronic health records system, adjusting treatment plans as needed in response to client feedback and clinical observations.
  • Deliver crisis intervention support, employing de-escalation techniques and creating immediate safety plans for clients in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is completed within the prescribed timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and social workers, contributing to interdisciplinary treatment meetings aimed at providing comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus
